I)MINDFULNESS WEEK. Each consultation begins with writing a 7-day journal in which you tell me about yourself, what you eat, drink, how much you move, how much you go to the bathroom etc, . Here is an example of how I would like you to fill out your journal > EXAMPLE
II) At this point I'll ask you to take some eye photos for the iridology examination.
III) As soon as I receive everything I need, we will organise our Zoom call (free app)
IV) I mill send you an email with your protocol, in there you will find the details of your eyes and your new lifestyle (about nutrition, guasha, dry-brushing, fasting, detox, breathwork, meditation etc...) and I will be available for clarifications or doubds.
